Technique

Taking the shot:

- hit the ball with the forehead
- the eyes are opend
- before doing a header you have to lean back your upper body and put your chin on your chest
- while doing a header you have to look at the ball
- after the header you have to follow the ball with your eyes

Goal:

- heading the ball in the goal
- heading the ball to the team-mate
- heading the ball away from the danger area

Possible mistakes:

- the ball is hit by the top of the skull 
- the eyes are closed
- looking to the ground after the header
