Technique

Taking the shot:

- the supporting leg stands beside the ball
- the suppertin leg and the foot of the non-suppporting leg are bent
- the food is fixed in the ankle
- the hitting area is the inside of the foot

Goal:

- well-directed shooting for goal after dribbling, passing or a penalty
- exact teamwork across short distances.

Possible mistakes:

- the supporting leg is standig too far away from the ball
- the supporting leg is stretched after kicking the ball
