Technique
Taking the shot:
- straight or diagonal run-up towards the shooting direction
- the food is stretched and fixed in the ankle
- in case of a flat-kick the knee has to be over the ball
- in case of a straight run-up the toes have to be perpendicular to the ground
- in case of a diagonal run-up the toes have to be directed to the ground as far as possible
- the hitting area is the laces kick
Goal:
- shot a goal or cross
- a pass across a long distances
- clearance
Possible mistakes:
- the ankle is not fixed
- the heel of the kicking leg is pointing to the ground
- the ball wasn't hit by the whole instep
